Perched high on a ledge on Georgetown's Bay Point, The Lookout is a three
bedroom cottage with a large front deck. Built in 1927, this family-oriented
summer home offers a comfortable living room with large stone fireplace, a
galley kitchen and bath with a tub. The guest cottage offers a fourth
bedroom with its own bath. Use of the washer and dryer are included.
The cottage has a majestic view of Popham Beach, including historic Fort
Popham, which was constructed to protect the towns on the Kennebec River
from the British during the War of 1812. This property is a short distance from Reid
State Park and coastal fishing villages and twenty minutes to the historic
city of Bath.
Weekly rental is $950. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
